It is 5/8" wide opening and is 1/2" high. See photos. Thanks

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged top sash guide removed from one of the window sashes in the house to research this for you. The S351 could work with any number of guides, which is why it's important to see the part itself. Thank you!
