top sash guide for up/down sliding windows

the top sash guide on one of my sliding windows is broken in pieces, photos were taken from the other good unit. I am not able to find the exact same one locally or anywhere online. Do you have a comparable one? My windows were installed in 2007 with 3240 window channel balances. Thank you.
