Swisco Part Top-Sash-Channel-Balance-Guides/18-044 comes closest to matching my window guide (Stop) in shape and measurements. How significant are the measurement differences noted below? Your top cap is 1/16 more in width and depth than my part. Your center of screw measurement is 1/16 less than mine. Your overall length is 5/16 longer than mine.

Based on your dimensions, the 18-044 top sash guide is our closest match, like you said. I'm afraid we have nothing else that is closer. Please double check your measurements to confirm that it will work.
