Thanks for posting! We don't have one that has the 2 screw holes like the one in your picture, however we have a recommendation that might work for you. Try our 18-033 or 18-110.

In either case, you would need to carve out a hole in the top part of the guide to match up with the exiting screw hole in the sash. Hope this works!
