Will the 18-009 replace my Milgard top sash guide?

Hello, trying to find the correct fitting top sash guides for my Milgard window as I have a few that are broken in my sash top channels. The 18-009 seems close but I'm not sure

The 18-009 can be used to replace your Milgard part, yes. The dimensions match up nicely, with the sole exception of the "trim" on the top end of the guide. You'll have to cut that down with a utility knife in order to get the clearance necessary for installation. Make sure to wear safety gloves when you do this, just in case, and note that products cannot be returned for a refund after being altered in this way.
