towel bar and screws

what size towel bar fits this 10-138 part. Also, can we buy new screws to fit this?

Hello! Refer to the image below to see the size of the opening that takes the towel bar. As for screws, you can use an 8-32 machine threaded screw to install the 10-138.

It looks like you sell the door handle, but not the towel bar itself. Any suggestions where I should get one that would for this handle?

We do not sell towel bars, no. I recommend checking a local hardware store to see if they sell a towel bar that is 7/8" tall and 5/16" thick.
