track cover replacement

A home owner from Florida says:

need track covers for a 3 panel12ft sliding door. Each panel is 8ft high x 4ft wide.Also I need all the weather seals replaced. What do you recommend I buy

Our 80-102 track cover is 6' long and designed for patio glass doors. You could conceivably use two of these to make up the 12' you need.

As for the weatherstripping, it looks like a type of wool pile but I'm not sure what size you have. Your first step should be to look through our selection here.
