tracks usually made out of aluminum

Need the aluminum tracks for wooden windows after I remove the chains and weights and fill the cavities with insulation

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement jamb liners or parts for the chain and pulley system you've described. You could try checking with a local millwork that may be able to supply new jamb liners for your wood windows.
