traco dorm windows

Question

We have traco windows in our dorm building on campus. They have coiled springs in the window for a balance. The plastic holder that holds the springs are broken and need to be replaced. The part # on it is 801030. I have not been able to locate a matching part.

Thanks for posting, Ryan. I'm not 100% sure of what you need, but start with our 15-191 pivot shoe and Series 160 coil spring. If these do not match, we will need pictures of your original hardware in order to find the best match.
