tribeca exterior lock

We are adding a tribeca exterior lock to our anderson slider. However, the pin on the thumb latch is not long enough to reach exterior key lock. Door is approx 2" thick and installed late 80's.

Based on our measurements, the Andersen Tribecca hardware will only accommodate a door up to about 1-3/4" thick. If you could send us photos of measurements of your original hardware, we'd be happy to see if a betteer replacement option is available for you.
