Gapco window trim parts

A home owner from Swansea, IL says:

I am wondering if the trim parts pictured here are replaceable or if I'll have to replace the windows? The windows say Gapco on the latch. If these trim pieces are replaceable and available, does the trim come in cut-to-fit lengths or are they available per window? Please let me know if you need anymore info to help.

Thank you,

Travis

Hello, Travis. Looking at your part, I am actually thinking the part you're calling a "trim", is actually called a snap-in glazing bead. If so, we can help. Remove a sample of it from the window and upload some photos showing us from an end profile so we can see its full shape. Have a look at the diagram below to see what kind of photos and measurements we need from you. We can take a look and go from there.

Hey, Travis. The material you're looking to replace is called snap-in glazing bead. We carry a ton of different kinds but I'm not sure what to recommend. Our 55-191 has been known to work on Gapco brand windows, but you'd have to remove an undamaged and uncracked sample of your original to confirm that the shape and end profile match up. The video below may also be a big help.
