"truth" # 30744 and #30415 hinges

Need complete hinges for L & R hand operation. The photo I sent you is 7 5/8 inch on long arm . 5 1/2 inch on small arm. The sliding piece has #45 on it . The small arm has "truth" logo on it with # 30744, the bigger of the two has #30415. I need all parts for left and right hand window. Can you help me out please.

It looks like you are showing part of a 2-bar hinge similar to our 36-048 set. Take a look and see how there 10" base that attaches the arms to the window sill compares to yours. We've also related the installation video for these hinges on this page to assist you. Thanks for posting!
