truth casement window hinges

I have large truth casement windows and the left window's hinge has broken on the bottom. Per Truth Rep. they no longer make the replacement part no. 14.96 15.30.38.081 or 14.96 15.30.38.082. I will send a photo of existing working hinges on right window if that will help. I so hope you can offer a solution! Thank you so much!!
