truth casement window locking mechanism

Question

I have a broken handle on a vinyl casement window. It came with a Lindahl Cedar homes kit that was delivered in Dec. 2001. It has the identification number on the part
"31402 A Truth".
It's for a left side opening window. The crank handle has a "L" and "10" embossed on the inside of the crank, and the housing has an "8" embossed in the inside.
Can you identify the replacement part without photos?
