Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say that the roller is not replaceable; they aren't provided separately by any manufacturer. If your is broken, you'll need to replace the entire operator. 

I'm happy to identify the replacement you need. I'll just need to see a photo of your existing operator to identify the right replacement. I am looking to see photo of the base of the operator as well the arm(s) and how to operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging sash.
