This black clip unfortunately isn't sold separately. When these break, you unfortunately need to replace the entire hinge assembly.

We can help with that, but before I recommend anything I'll need you to tell me the length of the base Track. This is the track that screws into the window sill. Once I know that I can make a recommendation for you.
