I have a truth casement window awning style opening, I need bottom center crank out assembly with double opening arms 13" long.

I did not see it on your website.

is it necessary to remove window wooden trim that covers truth awning crank assembly 39-348 in order to replace crank assembly? What is easiest way to replace crank assembly? how does wood trim remove and reinstall?

Yes, you'll have to take that wood trim off. The best way to do it is to gently pry if off with a prybar. Just be careful not to crack the wood!
