hello we have joulosie windows but not sure of the manufacturer. Your window crank loose close to what we have. Can you confirm? Our windows are stuck open.

Do you also sell covers for the other side of the window for the opening? We would need 12

This operator does look similar to our 39-025, but I can't see the link arm to confirm. The style of that arm is important so you will need to match it up to our 39-025.

Here are pictures of a broken one to give you an idea. We have 12 cranks. Eventually all need replacement.

I'm afraid these pictures don't really tell me anything new. The only way to confirm if the 39-025 will work is to remove the original from the window in its entirety.
