trying to find replacement self closing concealed hinges

Home Owner from Barrie, Ontario

I have looked most everywhere for replacement hinges but the screw holes won't match up. It appears similar to 32-340 except the holes you have marked as 2 1/32 apart are 1 7/8 on my old hinge. Your diagram shows these holes off set from center and near the corner of the bracket which is the same as mine... cannot find this offset from center in any local store.

With my hinge this part of the bracket is plastic and bears the number W608 inside the 'hole' area.... no other identifying marks. So far for replacement I have to buy whatever I can find and file the hole out to fit the screw holes but would like to find a proper replacement. Any information your can offer would be very much appreciated. Thank you for your time and effort.

At home, I've replaced my kitchen cabinet hinges a total of three times. Every time I had to do it, I had to retro fit the new hinges to work. In most cases I had to drill new mounting holes into the cabinet.

You may not be able to get away without some adaptation. When it comes to this type of hinge, I find that it's very rare you'll find an exact match.
