Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear the 15-045 didn't work for you; you can view our return policy here. I actually think it's likely the 15-045 and your old pivot shoe are not exactly the same in dimensions. The most relevant dimensions for a pivot shoe are the width and thickness. These dimensions often can be pretty discrete, sometimes going into the X/32" range, and since these dimensions are what determines if the shoe can fit in your window track, it's best to be as precise as possible. Now, I suspect your shoe may be closer in size to our 15-173 shoe, which is 9/16" thick and 31/32" wide, or possible our 15-134 shoe, which is 3/8" thick and 31/32" wide. But ultimately, you'll need to compare both with your original shoe to see if either of these match best.
