the sash is 20x37

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not able to ID what balance you may have from these photos. I would need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window with the end fittings intact.

I'm afraid we won't be able to help if the balances are missing though. There are just too many options and there's no way for us to narrow them down without a reference of the original hardware. If there's an identical window in the house, we can use that as a reference.
