trying to identify spiral balances

the length is 28 7/8", lower window sash is 18 lbs, 3/8" diameter but the tube is white plastic and looks like the tip may be white and inside the tube when the spiral is closed. Looks white when fully extended. Can you help me identify what i need?

Hey there. See the S900-29 Spiral Balance. For the tip option choose red, it will support a sash of 18 pounds just fine.
