tryth window replacement hardware for casement windows

Home Owner from New York
I purchased this home in 2004 and the owner had the house built in 1988 and had truth windows installed. I am currently in need of the replacement hardware for two casement windows. I am unable to open and or close the window once opened.
The gears do not work to crank the window open and or close. The color is teratone
and I would need two for each window There are two windows in the room and they are both 54 in in width. No marking on the hardware but the word TRUTH.
Please advise and would also appreciate a price quote as well.
Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out! Based on the description of the issue with your hardware, it sounds like the gears are stripped in the operator. So you will need to replace the entire mechanism.

With that said, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator to determine the correct replacement, preferably removed from the window. Since you cannot open this window, I'll need to see a photo of an operator from a similar window. I am specifically looking to see a photo of the body of the operator as well as the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging window sash.

Please let me know if you have questions in the meantime.
