tubular spiral balance 3/8 red

Question

I need a tubular spiral balances with the following dimensions:

1. Red
2.3/8
3. 28 inches long
Came out of International window aluminum frame approximately 3'w x 5'h
could also use pivot shoe and window latch tilt set and for the same.

There were no names numbers or markings on existing hardward

Can we see a photo of the tilt latches and the pivot shoe, before we get to the balance? It's likely an S900-28, but you need to carefully check the specifications to be sure that this is what you need.
