Hello,

The part of the handle that is still attached to the operator looks a bit like the base of our 39-205. It looks like you have some kind of folding handle but my fear is that you could have a hex style that the 39-205 does not have. To confirm, I'd like to see the handle base removed so that the spline is visible, which would look like a metal stem.

If you need new casement locks as well, we will need to see yours fully removed from the window to determine how it engages with the internal window linkage. Thank you!

Thank you Casey,
Here is more information on the handles.

On the exterior plate that says "Roto" on it, the on center end hole distance is 3 3/16". On the interior, the cover is 4 5/8" long. There's a label on each of the casement covers, one says "OPO6-7502-00 PL1 12-29-16 159388" and the other says "OPO6-7503-00 09-26-15 156224 PL2".

The spline has 12 teeth and is 5/16" in diameter.

The inside of the handle is OPO6-1526 and has some sort of logo I can't make out.

Best,
Anna

Thanks for getting back to us. We do offer the 39-232 Roto handle, but it has the same 11/32" diameter opening as the other handles that we mentioned. This looks like a promising replacement but the spline diameter would be the determining factor.

Hi Casey,
Is there a matching cover too? As you can see in the photo the covers are scuffed. How would I remove them to replace?
Also, it looks like you shared two of the same image of the handle. Were you going to share the image showing the spline diameter?
Thanks,
Anna

Unfortunately, these types of operators do not generally have removable covers. If you'd prefer to replace the entire assembly, we'd be happy to look into that as well but we would need to see the rest of the arms that connect to the sash since only half of the arms closer to the base are visible in your photos.

Also, see an example of the 11/32" diameter of the handle opening below.

Thank you, I will order those handles.
The arm seems to be working well other than the scuffing. Do you recommend a particular paint product/method to touch up the cover? Also, do you recommend a particular product to oil the metal bits of the assembly? I also want to refresh the balancers in single hung windows in the house, not sure if that would be the same product?

Unfortunately, paint products are a bit out of our wheelhouse but a local hardware store may be able to suggest some touch-up paint.

As for your balances, we generally recommend using some silicone spray on the spring to lubricate it and reduce noise.
