two non-tilt window balancers

Quick Learner from Moorpark, ca
Hi,
I need help in getting the correct balancers for two windows. The five photos are only for the first window, which has 21 -3, measure 22inch metal to metal, and the plastic Base measured 1-1/16".

I have a larger non-tilt window that completely missing all the balancers. The window has the same channel width as the window above, but it measured 45in wide x 29-1/2" height. How do I get the right balancer that can handle this large window? it weigh 24 lbs.

Thanks

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 2130 spring strength options for your replacement balances for the smaller window. For the larger window, you'll need to measure the height of the visible glass in the window sash and add 1" to choose the correct balance length. Once, that's done, you'll follow the chart under the balance product description to choose the correct strength option based on your 24-pound sash weight.

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
