Hey, Mark. I agree that the Series 385 looks close, but that's not something I'm able to confirm from just photos, unfortunately. The detail that will confirm it is the depth of the bottom nylon fitting. You have to ensure that yours is 1-3/32", just like we show for the Series 385. That's not something we can eyeball from here.

If you get anything other than 1-3/32", let me know and we can work from there.

Great! In that case I think the Series 385 is a winner.

A contractor from Petaluma, CA 94952 says:
Yes the bottom fitting width is in fact 1- 3/32"
A contractor from Petaluma, CA 94952 says:
I need to figure the balance weight.
Numbers on the 18" say 17 9 EW CMC 11
On the 24" they are 23 5 BW CMC 2
can you help?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

For the 24" balances stamped 23-5, you'll want a stamp option of 2350, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 23 through 27 lbs. The 18" balances stamped 17-9 adhere to an older rating system that we do not use. To know what stamp option to select for these balances, get the exact weight of the window sash (a bathroom scale should do). You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the product page.
