Take a look at the S600-28 and S600-18 spiral balances. If there is no colored tip at the base of the housing tube, you'll need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your color option based on the sash weight. 

As for the pivot shoe, we would need to see yours fully removed from the window, as well as have you write out the exact width and thickness to compare to our inventory. See the videos related on this page to assist you with the removal process. Thank you!
