Hi ,
Those balancers are 4 lbs .each , silver in color and 2 holes on mounting end .will also need screw and clips . Also will need 2 safety latches . Thankyou .

Take a look at the 15-087 coil housing, which uses the Series 180 coil springs. Take a look and compare the related items shown on our product pages to your original hardware.

As for the locks, we'll need to see a top-down photo of your part and have you write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

The 15-086 tandem housing is only required if your window requires a second coil spring on both sides.

All those parts will fit. Need all parts except 15-086 . 2 of ea.

Now for the window latch - need latch size 2 3/4 in . Wide screw spacing 2 1/8 in . (Approximately) .

Hi Casey . Sorry ! I used the wrong terminology. I called it a "latch" No .! It is the lock I am looking for. Lock is 2 3/4 in . Wide and approximately 2 1/8 between screws , somewhat adjustable. Thankyou

Thanks for getting back to us but your photo only shows the keeper. If you need the entire lock, we'll need to see a top-down photo of the part that engages with the keeper as well to narrow down your options.
