I could not find the parts on your site. I have two different kind of parts on my window but I only need one. I don't have any measurements yet. Would like to no if u have the parts before we do anything to the window..

We may be able to help, but I will need to see this operator removed from the window. I would also like with dimensions, specifically the hole spacing and arm length. In the meantime, take a look at the 39-002. Could this be the one you need?
