Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply replacements but it will have to be a custom order due to the configuration. Can you confirm the length of the balance tube and the color of the tube? The tube should measure 30-1/2" long based on your stamp.

The balance shown in these photos is stamped 30-37 but you also mentioned you needed a set with the 30-39 stamp. Are you looking to purchase a set of each? I just want to make sure we're on the same page as custom orders are nonrefundable.

Good morning, with the 30-37 we are fine. Is there a phone to talk to? I speak Spanish nothing more and very little English

I'm afraid we don't have an expert who is fluent in Spanish but you can call (888) 991-1929 and ask for Ingrid. She's one of our bilingual representatives and can relay whatever questions you have to me.
In the meantime, I will email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances with the 30-39 stamp that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note, the replacements will measure 30-1/2" and will have a black tube. There is also a 5-6 business week lead time.
