umbrella window cranks

We have found a product that is almost the same as the peice we are looking for there are just a few differences. The part I need is 5 1/4 inchs long from top to bottom bolt.. there are two bolt holes on the bottom that are 1 1/8 from center of bolt to.center of bolt..the extension arm is 2 3/8 inchs. The part I found on your website has two small bolt holes on top and my part only has one... please let me k.ow the product that would work best...
