unhook 23-028 roller

Question

Hello, I have the 23-028 rollers and I want to take them off the sliding mirrored doors in my bedroom but I can't figure out how to unhook the roller. I took off the screws but I still don't know how to unhook it, do you have a video that shows how to tremove the roller?

Great question. As of right now,I am afraid we don't have a video yet on this type of mirror roller, our 23-028. If you look at our different views of the roller, you will see a flat type hook on top where the screw hole flap is and on the back is a hook coming up from the bottom. So I suggest laying the door down flat and work out the top hook and then the bottom hook. You may need to have needle nose pliers handy to help you with this.
