Hi,
I'm trying to replace channel balances for 2 windows and cannot find a corresponding match (shoe) on your site.
It's for a non-tilt window, 1/2" wide, 25 5/8" length (metal part only) balance.
The winged top looks like it's the 19-005.
The shoe is 1/3/8" from pointy tip to bottom and 1" side to side at its widest point.
The stamp on the channel balance reads "25 5" and BSI below that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, Irene. We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. Before I go any further, though, I need a clear picture of the metal hook that was at the end of the cord. Yours appears to be missing, but it's a very important detail. Let me know if you can get that ot me.
Please also confirm that you're only looking for 4 balances, total.

Thanks, Irene. These photos are perfect. Please give me a little time to confirm the availability of this balance with a 25-5 stamp. I should know soon.
