Thanks for your post! I'm confident we can recommend replacement for your window balance but I'll need to see a clearer photo of the bottom attachment to determine the right match. 

The measuring tape blocks the view of the shoe.

Thanks for the additional photos. This window balance appears to be a match for the S378-27. Although, to determine if this is the correct series, you'll need to confirm the depth of the shoe.

 I believe you'll need to select the 2630 stamp option, but it may be a good idea to double check that the sash weighs 13 to 19lbs.
