universal NORCO crank

We are in need of a crank out awning design window mechanism. It appears the burrs on the mechanisn are worn and the window will not crank out or back in. There are two operators on this window (for design sake). Do you carry these? The name on the crank is NORCO which we know is pretty universal in windows.

NORCO may be ubiquitous and widely-used, but it's far from universal. They have a few different types of operators. We will need to see a photo of your operator to tell which one.

Is the 39-083 the proper size? It looks like it might work.
