The sliding glass door was installed circa 2002 in Durango Colorado. I can upload more photos if you will let me know how to upload more than the limit on the query. Can you help me find replacements for all parts or perhaps suggest a new complete handle set.

Hello there. The handle set looks a bit like our 82-032. Please compare. To be safe I'd like a clear photo of the mortise lock in the door that the handle set interacts with, just to confirm this item will work for you.

Thanks for getting back to me. This looks like the 82-218 Mortise Lock, which is compatible with the 82-032 Handle Set, and therefore it could work for your door. Let me know if you have further questions.
