unknown pivot lock shoe

Question

I have older vinyl replacement window who's sashes and frames are in good shape but many have broken pivots shoes. Many window won't stay open. Before I consider the cost of replacing windows I thought I could replace shoes or even balancers.

Hello,

I can't be sure with the pivot shoe still installed but what I can make out reminds me of the 15-178 or 15-188. You'll need to remove the shoe to compare to the specifications below.

If you need new balances as well, we'd need to see the entire assembly uninstalled as well, including the colored tip at the base of the housing tube. We'd also need you to write out the exact diameter of the tube, which should measure 3/8" or 5/8". Thank you!
