unknown window operator

Question

I have a 3 panel, awning-ish window. This is the operator and I need a replacement. the arm is solid 4-3/8" from center to post, but total of 5" depending on how i measure. Also bends inward to the crank side about 2" up the arm. mounting screws span 3-3/4" and 4-3/4" roughly.

I'm not sure if we will be able to replace this. We carry the 39-346 for a Jalousie type window, but I'm not sure it you can adapt it to your window. I'm afraid yours is just too old.
