unsure of top and shoe pieces

A home owner from Miami Lakes says:
I am not sure about the top and the shoe pieces. I have included 2 pictures of each. Please help me identify them. I need 2 Channel balances, one 12" and one 30". They both have the same tops and shoes.

Good morning! For the bigger one, check out our S350-30 channel balance and let me know if you think this is a match.

As for the 12" long balance, we don't carry that length as a standard size so it will have to be custom made for you. Before I can begin on that, however, can you first confirm that the nylon attachments are identical to the ones you have pictured? Can you also tell me what number is stamped on the 12" long metal channel?
A home owner from Miami Lakes says:
Yes, the nylon attachments are identical to the pictures.

On the 12" long metal channel it says "11C U.S.B."

How much more does it cost to custom make a piece like this?

Great. Check out this Custom Channel Balance Request Form that I have started for you and fill out the rest of the information. One of our representatives will get back to you shortly thereafter with a price quote and an item to add to your cart.
A home owner from Miami Lakes says:
I would be happy to do so. Don't I need the balance top and balance bottom to be filled out as well?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
On the form, I already have the Series listed as "Series 350." This will let our guys know what attachments to put on the channel. On this form, the "Top" and "Bottom" fields are for when the combination of attachments does not match any of our existing Series.
A home owner from Miami Lakes says:
I was almost complete with my order. On my 30" one the S350-30 seems right. On the stamp it says "29C U.S.B". I don't know what stamp number to equate that to. This should be the final piece on info. Thanks so much.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Usually a stamp of 29C corresponds to our 2930 option, but I recommend weighing your channel balance just to be sure that's correct. You can see the list of each option and how much weight they can support on the S390-30 page.
