Based on your photos, you have either our Series 390 or Series 351. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is best.

I'm not sure about the top sash guide. I will need detailed dimensions before I can make a recommendation.

The bottom fitting is 1 1/8 , and the sash guide is 1 1/4 long by 7/8 wide .

Thank you. That would be the Series 390 channel balance, then. As for the top sash guide, our 18-009 has the same size top and roughly the same height, but there are many other dimensions to consider, as well. Refer to the diagrams below and let me know if the 18-009 would work.
