upper part of window

I measured 23 in length and 5/8 width
This picture is from top to bottom of same balancer. This window has 4 balancers on it.
It is the top window part that makes it fall down when unlocked.I have two windows that do that. Thanks Randy

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see a photo of your balance removed from the window, as well as confirmation of the tip color at the end of the balance tube. Also, could you confirm if this is a tilt or non-tilt window? Thank you!
