upper window balancers for series H-LC35-46x77

I need both balancers for the top window. the swivels are no longer held in the cradles and the window drops upon unlocking.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't know what balances your window uses. We're happy to look into this, but we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance and show us photos of the top and end fittings, as well as any stamps.

I am including pictures of the broken balances and a picture of the window info. Both top balances are broken.

Thank you for the photos. The 15-180 is a match for the pivot shoe. The Series 190 are the compatible springs, and the video below will go over how to determine the coil weights.

Can I simply attach the new shoe to the current balance? Only the shoes are broken.

You only have to replace what's broken, so you can certainly reuse the coil balances if they're in good shape.
