upper window falling down

Question

I have one window where the top falls down whenever the locks are unlocked.

I have another couple windows where the bottom tends to shift to one side if I open it.

When I inspected the balances I took a picture of the coil spring assembly. Also I saw several of the brackets holding the cam locks were split in two (see pictures).

It definitely looks like you need a new pivot shoe. See our 15-192. I think this matches your original very closely but let me know what you think.
