Thanks for posting. If by frosted you mean the pane is full of condensation, it means the molding around the glass panes is compromised. We cannot help with this; however if you contact a glass shop in your area they should be able to repair this. As for the bubble seal, we likely can help, but please show us its 'end profile' so we can compare it with what we have. In the time being view our bubble seals here.
