variant with 3" hole?

Hi,
Is there a variant of this handle which has 3" holes? i am trying to replace an existing door handle which has similar side mount hold but screw holes are 3" apart.

We don't carry the 83-034 with different hole spacing but if you could show us a photo of your original screed door handle, we'd be happy to look into this for you. Thank you!
