My old Ventarama opener is broken the thread on the metal hook is stripped. Will your opener work.

We don't have this exact operator, but I wonder if our 39-379 could work. It appears to work on the same principle as your operator, but I'm not sure. What do you think?

I have a similar issue with my ventarama skylight. Did your suggestion work?

I'm afraid the previous customer never got back to us as to whether or not this operator worked, but our previous suggestion remains our best option, even if it's not a guarantee.
