vetter/crestline casement sash 312 (top rail

I have various sizes of casement windows where the Casement Sash 312 for a Vetter/crestline casement window top rail is failing and needs replacing. Would like to visit about costs and if I can submit various sizes. I may order extra in anticipation of future sashs failing with time. One window is a 2640 code size.

To begin, I'll need to see a photo of the rail you are referring to as well as the compatible hardware. I am not able to identify it by the window brand or the code provided.
