vinal double hung tilt in window brand unknown

Has ciuk spring balance and vinal pivot poing that is broken. the balance spring seems to be okay.

The image is in the installed mode. Was hoping you could identify and advise me of the replacement part/parts needed to make the repair.

Thanks for writing in. If your balance springs are intact, then you likely just need the shoe. This might be our 15-140, but I can't be uncertain without seeing it out of the window. See if this matches; if not, show us a picture of your shoe out of the window. Many thanks.
