It looks like you're showing us a coil balance system and a damaged tilt latch. We'd be happy to look into your replacement options but we'll need to see a picture of an undamaged tilt latch removed from the window so that we can see the tooth that keeps the window in the jamb, as well as dimensions. We'll also need to see the pivot shoe that the metal coils connect to if you need a new balance system as well. Thank you!
